My family loves your Company Rice recipe but I never know what else to serve it with. What do you serve with it?

Hi Gilda,
I’m delighted to hear you family is enjoying my Company Rice dish. Since it’s really quite sumptuous as a main dish, you can serve it with a great big tossed salad and steamed or sauteed veggies on the side. Perhaps a combination of sauteed onions, chopped red bell peppers, zucchini, and yellow squash would be a nice medley to add.
